Prior to my career in real estate, I have been in the local construction industry for 29 years. As a state certified general contractor and underground utility contractor, I have vast knowledge of local conditions and construction techniques. I have personally been involved in new construction of one and two story residential dwellings, and many renovation & addition projects as well. I also have many years of experience in residential and commercial site development. As a real estate professional, I offer my expertise in construction and renovation as well as my personal experience in and around the local market.
