Ali helped guide us as we bought a beach condo. Since we live far away she had to be our eyes and ears. We bought the condo remotely without ever seeing it. We were looking for a very specific project and major fixer upper. Ali was always available to us, even with very last minute showing requests/second looks. Ali never tried to paint a project as too big for us or sugar coat the underlying issues in the remodel. Ali has been working in the market a long time. She has owned and restored several historic properties as well, which is an expertise not many other agents can offer. When we started the negotiation process she was a great help in getting the price to where it needed. Even after closing she has remained very much in touch offering contractor resources and help in a possible tax credit for historic designations.

We have used a few realtors over the years, in different parts of the country. Fortunately all of them were good, but none as good as Ali. We chose Ali in large part due to her extensive background in construction. What a perfect fit for us, as we were going to build a new home. We spent a decent amount of time selecting a builder. This process was new to us and Ali provided excellent guidance and insight. She was a great buffer between us and the builder. Ali has a keen eye for detail, also. It is too bad Ali couldn't also handle our mortgage at the same time. This was just overall a great experience made great by Ali. All of our questions and doubts were made good by Ali. Things couldn't have turned out any better.

This was a former rental property. When reviewing the residence after the renter left, I found it needed significant "TLC" to make it ready sell. Since I reside out of state, this would have been a very long process if I had to supervise/arrange all the work. As we had sold a prior home with Ali, I turned to her for help. She walked through the house with me and pointed out what needed to be repaired, but, more importantly, she pointed out things I had missed and things that she felt didn't need to be updated. Once we had a list of the updates/repairs we would be making, she was instrumental in finding the people to do the work and in a timely manner. Barely 4 weeks (I think) after our first meeting, the house was ready and on the market. The pricing she suggested was about where I thought it should be and she managed to find a buyer in only a couple of days and we closed 30 or so days later.
